This gallery showcases photos that were submitted to us from various rehabilitators in Washington and Oregon. We care about all wildlife, from the preservation of an entire species and existing ecosystems, to the specific individual. Many of the animals that rehabbers receive have been orphaned, often because their mother was hit by a car, bitten by a cat, struck by a power-line, or crushed under trees that were clear cut to make way for new land development.

These animals are injured, orphaned or displaced because of human interference with their natural habitat, so we believe as stewards of this earth it is our duty as society to mitigate the harm we perpetuate whenever and however possible, and give these little guys the second chance at life they deserve.
